About Me

Social planning is a process that helps communities identify strengths and weaknesses and determine ways to improve the quality of life in the community.

My education includes a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Politics from the University of Winnipeg and a Masters of City Planning degree from the Faculty of Architecture, University of Manitoba. I have focused my career on social planning and research for over 20 years. My work has spanned across the prairies and beyond including Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northwest Ontario, and British Columbia.

My previous positions includes ten years as a Senior Research Associate at the Institute for Urban Studies at the University of Winnipeg and three years at the University of Saskatchewan. As a private consultant, I focus on assisting members of the community and the nonprofit sector in reaching their best potential whether it be research and evaluation, program development, or event planning.

I am a proud member of the Manitoba Métis Federation.
